Bad Cat Engineering is a custom automotive performance and fabrication shop in Mount Airy, Maryland. Founded in 2022 by Justin and Carl, the shop specializes in JDM platforms, performance builds and bespoke components. They came with an illustrated cat logo and needed a brand around it, along with a new website.

The existing cat illustration became the starting point for a full logo system, color palette, typography and supporting graphics. Brand guidelines bring it together across business cards, shirts, tablecloths and new cat stances.
