Privacy policy

Effective November 7, 2026

BNDesign is a design studio in Frederick, Maryland, run by Brennan Nolan. This policy explains what information bnolandesign.com collects and how we use it.

What we collect

When you send the project form: your first and last name, email address and message, plus anything else you choose to add (phone number, the services or package you’re interested in, and notes about copywriting or materials). The form also notes which page you sent it from and when, along with basic browser and device details. We don’t record your IP address.

Just browsing: We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site: which pages are viewed, how people arrive (for example, from a search or another website), their approximate location (city or country), and the type of device and browser. It uses cookies to tell visits apart. It doesn’t tell us who you are, it doesn’t store IP addresses, and we don’t use it for advertising. Like any website, our host also keeps standard technical server logs to run and protect the site.

How we use it

Form information is used only to reply to your inquiry, talk through and quote your project, and keep a record of our conversation. Analytics information is used only to see which pages are helpful and to improve the site. We don’t sell or share your information for marketing.

Where it’s kept

Form entries are stored in the website’s database with our hosting provider, Hostinger. A copy of each inquiry is emailed to our inbox, which runs on Google Workspace. Spam checks run on our own site; no outside service sees your entry. Analytics data is collected and stored by Google, which explains how it handles it at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

How long we keep it

We keep form entries for 12 months after we receive them, then delete them. The site’s log of the notification emails it sends is deleted after 14 days. Analytics data is deleted after 14 months.

Your choices

Email brennan@bnolandesign.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. To stop analytics, you can block cookies in your browser or install Google’s opt-out add-on.

Frederick Favorites

If you switch the map to night view, your browser remembers that choice on your device. It isn’t sent to us, and clearing your browser data removes it.
